Sr. Principal Power Systems Engineer

You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy for ADMS project portfolio
• Lead design, planning, and execution of ADMS projects
• Ensure efficiency in control systems at electric utilities
• Collaborate with OSI development teams for project needs
• Lead initiatives for improvement in Professional Services
• Support pre-sales activities and customer workshops
• Train customers on system operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred
• 12+ years in applications, power systems, or project engineering
• Familiarity with complex system designs and engineering practices
• Proven track record in large-scale project deployments
• Strong problem-solving skills for technical challenges
• Willingness to travel at least 15% of the time

Pay

$138,000 – $165,000 annually
