Sr / Principal Pharma Industry Business Impact Lead (CSM) - NYC

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders
• Develop executive champions
• Embed AI into governance forums and performance discussions
• Advise clients on how AI accelerates value within their industry context
• Bring deep understanding of industry value chains, economics, and performance drivers
• Map executive routines and governance structures to identify high-impact decision moments
• Align Aily insights to industry-specific strategic priorities and P&L levers
• Provide dotted-line leadership to Domain BILs across the account, ensuring a coherent value narrative
• Cover cross-domain impact tracking and executive positioning
• Translate biopharma industry knowledge and market dynamics into product refinement and industry-specific positioning
• Orchestrate Aily’s engagement with customers to ensure value delivery
• Partner closely with Aily App users to identify and document impact and quantifiable value
• Serve as the voice of the customer within Aily to help drive product evolution
• Lead large-scale adoption and advocacy initiatives
