We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: relocation assistance, clearance required, clearance type, travel, etc? Those are metadata; we can fold minor metadata into short p or drop. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short paragraph with relocation assistance, clearance, travel maybe. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include description about Northrop Grumman, location, etc. Also responsibilities list, basic qualifications, preferred qualifications, salary range, benefits description. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay section: we have salary range, so include Pay section. Benefits: we have benefits description, include Benefits section. Schedule: not mentioned; no schedule info, so omit Schedule section. Skills: maybe we can include skills from responsibilities? Could create Skills section if there is specific skill list. The posting mentions "Strong ability to organize/prioritize job assignments and tasks", "Strong interpersonal skills", "Good self-organization, and communication skills", "Experience with DoD architectures and Industry/Military Standards". Could treat as Skills. But we need to avoid thin sections; maybe combine Skills into Responsibilities or Qualifications. However we have separate sections allowed; we can include Skills if we have concrete list. Let's decide: We'll include Skills section with bullet list of skills mentioned. Requirements: maybe basic qualifications. Qualifications: maybe preferred qualifications. Or we could merge. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should limit sections. Perhaps we have About the role (description), Responsibilities, Qualifications (combining basic and preferred), Benefits, Pay. Skills maybe part of Qualifications. Let's see. We need to include all substantive info: description, location, responsibilities list, basic qualifications, preferred qualifications, salary range, benefits. Also mention relocation assistance, clearance, travel as minor metadata in a short p. Thus sections: About the role (description), Responsibilities, Qualifications (basic + preferred), Benefits, Pay. Possibly also a small paragraph for metadata. We must not include headings with empty content. Now format: Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. Let's extract details: About the role: The description paragraph about Northrop Grumman, location, etc. Also the sentence: "This position will be located at on-site at our Rocket Center, WV location. No remote work is available for this position." plus location description, etc. Also the link? Probably we should keep the link? It's a URL; maybe we can keep as plain text. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep the URL as part of prose. Thus About the role paragraph(s) could be multiple

elements. Responsibilities: bullet list from "Responsibilities include:" lines. Let's list them: - Participate on Integrated Product Teams for complex development programs - Develop electronic products from a paper design to actual hardware build - Test and debug circuit cards and assemblies; fuzes and ISDs - Develop and maintain product technical data package - Identify and lead resolution of technical challenges - Strong ability to organize/prioritize job assignments and tasks in a demanding environment - Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a development team Note: The last two are more skills but they appear under responsibilities; we can keep them as responsibilities bullets. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in STEM field with 8+ years of directly related professional working experience or Master's degree in STEM field with 6+years of directly related professional working experience or 12+ years of directly related professional working experience in lieu of degree - Experience in developing electronic subsystems from initial design through qualification - Must be able to read drawings and schematic diagrams - Knowledge of industry and military specifications - Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance Preferred Qualifications: - Associate Degree in the field of electronics - 20+ years of work experience in electronic subsystems - Good self-organization, and communication skills - Experience with DoD architectures and Industry/Military Standards (e.g. MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-331, MIL-STD-1901A, MIL-STD-1316) - ACTIVE US Security Clearance at Secret level or higher We could combine into one Qualifications section with two subheadings? But we only allowed

for section headings; we could have

    Qualifications

and then within that we could have

for basic and preferred? Or we could split into Basic Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications as separate

    sections. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". It lists Qualifications as a possible heading. It does not forbid having multiple qualification headings. But to avoid thin sections, maybe combine. We could do:

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications:

      ...

      Preferred Qualifications:

... That seems okay. Benefits: The paragraph about benefits: health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business. Also mention overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, annual bonuses, long term incentives for VP/Director. Also mention that employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business. We can make a
        • list of benefits. Pay: Salary range $111,700.00 - $167,500.00 plus note about factors, overtime etc. We'll include that as prose. Metadata: relocation assistance, clearance required, clearance type, travel. We'll put in a short

maybe after About the role or before. We must not include headings for those. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:

Relocation Assistance: No relocation assistance available. Clearance Required for Start: No. Clearance Type: Secret. Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time.

Then About the role: maybe multiple paragraphs. We'll include the description paragraphs. Let's write:
