Sr Principal Consultant-Enterprise Apps

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Procurement Contract Cloud Functional Consultant to lead and contribute to large-scale implementation, upgrade, and roll-out projects. This role involves managing teams, designing end-to-end solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery within the Oracle Procurement suite, particularly in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and related modules.

Responsibilities

• Manage large roll-out projects, leading a team of approximately 10 resources.
• Serve as an individual contributor in the capacity of a Functional Consultant across implementation and support projects.
• Develop end-to-end solutions for Oracle Procurement Contract Cloud implementations.
• Analyze global solutions and identify site-specific delta requirements.
• Perform module configuration, unit testing, and integration testing for identified business scenarios.
• Conduct system tests, including Conference Room Pilot (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Train core teams and end-users on Oracle Procurement Contract Cloud functionalities.
• Interact with users and managers to resolve issues and address critical business requirements.
• Create and maintain functional design documentation while adhering to project timelines and deliverables.
• Uphold standards and procedures, assisting project team members with incident and problem ticket resolution.
• Provide guidance to the technical development team as needed.
• Develop non-linear solutions tailored to module-specific functionality.
• Build internal capability through detailed training and documentation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of expertise in Oracle Procurement suite modules, specifically in version 12.1.3 and above.
• Experience leading at least 3 to 5 implementation, upgrade, or roll-out projects.
• Strong background in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Contracts Management, Procurement Contracts, Sourcing, Contract Governance, Approval Workflow, and Supplier Management.
• Excellent consulting, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive user adoption.
