About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Prin Clinical Research Specialist- Post Market Surveillance and Evidence to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will provide strategic leadership on real-world data and real-world evidence initiatives that support clinical and regulatory decision-making. The specialist will partner across clinical, regulatory, and research functions to shape evidence generation strategies, apply emerging guidance, and strengthen how data informs post-market surveillance and broader product decisions. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on real-world data for regulatory and clinical evidence
• Consult with teams on evaluating and applying real-world evidence across projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align real-world data strategies and practices
• Advance real-world evidence use cases that inform regulatory decisions
• Monitor and translate emerging regulatory guidance into actionable strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in a related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience; 8+ years with an advanced degree
• Experience in clinical research, epidemiology, or real-world evidence generation
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks regarding real-world data
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills

Pay

$175,200 – $262,800 annually
