We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use only sections that have real content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Principals only need apply. NO agencies please." maybe considered application instruction? Probably remove. Also remove "About AV" maybe not needed? It's about company description; could be considered "About the role"? Actually "About AV" is company overview, not role. Could be omitted as not required? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. We can include "About the role" maybe from summary? The posting includes "Job Description" and "Summary". We can treat that as "About the role". Provide a paragraph summarizing. Responsibilities: list from "Position Responsibilities" bullet points. Requirements/Qualifications: Basic Qualifications and Other Qualifications & Desired Competencies. Could combine into "Qualifications". Use
  • . Skills: maybe from "Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel..." etc. Could be part of qualifications. But we can have a Skills section if we have specific skills listed. The posting includes "Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Excel and Word); experience with pricing tools such as ProPricer (preferred)." Also "Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills." etc. Could put under Skills. Benefits: The posting includes "Benefits: AV offers an excellent benefits package including medical, dental vision, 401K with company matching, a 9/80 work schedule and a paid holiday shutdown." Also link. So we can include Benefits section. Pay: Salary range given: "$93,000 - $141,750". So include Pay section. Schedule: The benefits mention "a 9/80 work schedule". That's schedule info. Could include Schedule section referencing that. Or we could incorporate schedule into Benefits. But we have schedule info, so we can create Schedule section with "9/80 work schedule". Also maybe mention "paid holiday shutdown". That's more benefits. We'll keep schedule separate. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. Remove EEO boilerplate etc. We must not include application instructions like "Principals only need apply. NO agencies please." Remove. We must not include ITAR requirement? That's substantive info about clearance/requirements. Could be part of Qualifications or Requirements. It says "ITAR Requirement This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations...". Also "ITAR U.S. Citizenship required". That is a qualification. So we should include that under Qualifications or Requirements. Also "Clearance Level No Clearance". That's a qualification. We need to preserve all substantive info. So include those. Let's structure:

But note we already listed many skills in qualifications; might be duplication. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Skills into Qualifications. But we already have Qualifications long. Might be okay to keep Qualifications and not have separate Skills. However we need to follow instruction: Use headings only when posting has real specific content. We have content for Skills (the posting mentions skills). Could we avoid duplication by moving skill bullets to Qualifications and not have separate Skills? That would reduce sections. Let's decide: We'll keep Qualifications (including education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, clearance, ITAR). We'll not create separate Skills section to avoid thin duplication. Then we will have Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Benefits: medical, dental vision, 401K with company matching, 9/80 work schedule, paid holiday shutdown. Also link but we can omit link as it's not substantive? It's a reference; but we can keep maybe as part of benefits description. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The link is a reference; it's substantive? It's a URL for more info. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not navigation/legal/EEO. It's a link to benefits. Could keep but it's not required. I'd include as part of benefits description: "AV offers an excellent benefits package including medical, dental vision, 401K with company matching, a 9/80 work schedule and a paid holiday shutdown. For more information about our company benefit offerings please visit: http://www.avinc.com/myavbenefits." That's preserving detail. Pay: Salary range $93,000 - $141,750. Schedule: The posting mentions "a 9/80 work schedule" under benefits; also maybe schedule info elsewhere? Not else. So we could put schedule in Benefits, but we have a Schedule section maybe redundant. Since schedule is mentioned as part of benefits, we could not create separate Schedule section to avoid thin. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should avoid creating a Schedule section if the schedule info is already covered in Benefits. But we need to include schedule info somewhere. We can keep it in Benefits. So we will not have a separate Schedule heading. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Check if any other sections: maybe "About AV" company description. That's not role-specific; could be omitted as not required. The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. The "About AV" is company overview, not role. Could be considered not needed for job posting formatting? The user didn't ask to include company description. It's okay to omit. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: EEO statements, "Principals only need apply", "NO agencies please", "We are proud to be an EEO/AA Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also remove "ITAR U.S. Citizenship required" we kept as part of Qualifications. Also remove "Clearance Level No Clearance" we kept. Check for duplicated lines: we have not duplicated. Now output HTML fragment only. Let's craft:
