Sr. Pre-Construction Manager, North America Quick Commerce
About the role
Amazon's Quick Commerce team is revolutionizing the customer experience through sub-30-minute delivery by rapidly scaling a first-of-its-kind micro-fulfillment network across North America. We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Pre-Construction Manager to serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for leading pre-construction strategy and execution across a portfolio of complex retail and logistics projects. This role is ideal for a strategic builder who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can influence cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Successful candidates bring deep experience in construction management, architecture, engineering, development, or owner-side project delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise, operational rigor, executive communication skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority while driving complex initiatives across a broad stakeholder network.
