Responsibilities
- Manage an Investment Services group, including performance management, staffing input, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee investment activities for major fee-revenue accounts (90% capacity), focusing on high-net-worth personal trusts and complex individual portfolios.
- Develop, recommend, and direct investment programs tailored to individual client objectives, aligning strategies with evolving client needs.
- Collaborate proactively with client service teams to identify and execute investment opportunities.
- Maintain an influential presence with clients, co-trustees, consultants, legal teams, and attorneys to ensure alignment on portfolio activity and client requirements.
- Demonstrate mastery of investment strategies, tools, and methodologies through engagement with national investment practices and thought leadership initiatives.
- Participate in thought leadership publications, educational opportunities, and practice-hosted events.
- Adhere to best practices as measured by the PM Dashboard, execute national initiatives, and provide feedback on improvements.
- Follow National Investment Guidelines, REV peer review feedback, and sound risk management practices.
- Serve on investment services committees and contribute to special projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 10–12 years of investment experience, including research, with a track record of meeting long-term investment objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of investment and portfolio management theory, accounting, financial principles, and market characteristics.
- Familiarity with investment terminology, trust investment laws, taxation, and internal policies.
- Strong decision-making, sales, and negotiation skills to navigate sensitive client situations.

Pay
Salary range: $189,290 – $331,200 USD (base pay estimate).
