Sr. PMT - Flex Offers, Flex Delivery Technology

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic leader to own the Offers product portfolio for Amazon Flex. Flex Offers is the system that determines which delivery opportunities are presented to Delivery Partners (DPs), including what blocks are shown, when, and to whom. The Flex Offers and Pricing team owns the end-to-end experience of offer generation, validation, and presentation — shaping how millions of delivery blocks reach DPs across the network.

This is a highly strategic role where you will set long-term strategy and vision, collaborate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, develop scalable mechanisms to expand our products worldwide, and deliver solutions that delight delivery partners. You will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, drive high-level strategic initiatives, and roll up your sleeves to get the job done. You will support your team in anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, making tradeoffs, and balancing business needs versus technical constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Define a multi-year product vision and strategy to meet the needs of various businesses we support.
  • Develop and manage high-quality product roadmaps to realize the product vision.
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs between regulatory constraints, time to market, cost, scale, and delivery partner experience.
  • Create program goals and related metrics, track progress, and own business reviews with business leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Evangelize product vision among multiple Amazon teams and influence them to deliver on specific capabilities needed to accomplish team’s goals.
  • Work closely with engineering, science, and other stakeholders to build and innovate in this space.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
  • Experience managing technical products or online services.
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
  • Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel, and other tools.
  • Experience with concepts such as system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision-making.

Pay

Base salary range:

  • USA, TX, Austin: $151,200.00 - $204,600.00 USD annually
  • USA, WA, Bellevue: $151,200.00 - $204,600.00 USD annually

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
