Sr. Planner Analyst

About the role
You will join Dexcom’s Supply Chain Network Planning Team, supporting Supply Distribution and Order Fulfillment. This team ensures orders are fulfilled on-time to customers, maintaining access to Dexcom CGM technology and improving outcomes for people living with diabetes. This role is ideal for a self-starter with Supply Chain experience who will provide analytical metrics, analytics, and drive improvements in areas of opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Forecast warehouse demand and establish replenishment plans
- Develop and maintain demand-supply projection models
- Evaluate warehouse nodes supply flow and target stocking levels
- Develop KPIs, identify trends, and prepare proposals for quarterly reviews
- Support and align inventory impacts with EMEA and APAC teams
- Analyze new product introductions (NPI) and supply implementation strategies
- Support sunsetting SKUs and provide timeline models
- Develop and standardize processes and data dashboards
- Investigate inventory problems, find root causes, and deliver solutions with cross-functional departments
- Lead continuous improvement and cost savings initiatives
Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP/MRP/Planning systems
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate in a team-based environment
- Self-starter comfortable leading cross-regional and cross-functional meetings
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with forecasting, build planning, and inventory management in dynamic environments
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable plans
- Proactive in identifying risks, constraints, and gaps, and driving timely resolution
- Lean Six Sigma or Supply Chain course completion is a plus
Qualifications
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experience.

Pay
$78,900.00 - $131,500.00 per year
Schedule
- Flexible work environment (work from home with at least one in-person meeting per week)
- Travel requirement: 0-5%
