Sr Plan Scheduler Turb Support- Multiple locations
About the role
Executes the planning and preparation of Turbine Services work packages and procedures for outage/non-outage work scope and also schedules activities and tasks in applicable Clean Energy Center (CEC) programs.
Enforces at all times procedure use and adherence, Human Performance (HU) fundamentals, Technical Human Performance (THU) techniques, and provides coaching and mentoring as necessary to achieve continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Select and approve purchase or make procurement recommendations for all materials needed for work package execution.
- Conduct field walkdowns to identify and analyze corrective and preventive maintenance, modification, and surveillance activities and to provide input for refining and improving work package quality.
- Interface and collaborate with Work Management, Supply, Operations, and Engineering to identify and resolve work package issues.
- Develop, revise, and review maintenance procedures to facilitate and enhance work package development, maintain compliance with codes, standards, and vendor recommendations, and maintenance direction.
- Cookordinate, develop, and update discipline schedules to ensure an accurate product for use in effective planning, resource allocation, parts acquisition, and schedule execution.
- Develop detailed, accurate, and usable schedules and reports to provide effective management tools for execution and feedback.
- Cookordinate with CEC work management as required to ensure interactive components in the schedule can be met.
- Aid in the development of contingency plans by working with Project Managers and Field Leads.
- Schedule and status activities for both outage and non-outage work scope.
- Identify required tooling, parts, material and consumables required to perform work activity for work package development.
Requirements
Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience OR
- Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 5 years of related experience OR
- Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience OR
- High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience

- Work Schedule program knowledge (P6)
- Asset Management knowledge (Asset Suite)
- Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) training as applies to discipline in reactor or turbine projects

Pay
Expected salary range of $117,900 to $131,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
