Sr Physical Therapist

About the role

As our Physical Therapist, you will help patients rebuild or maintain their physical wellbeing so they can function at their best level, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life. You will work at Dignity Health - St. John’s Regional Medical Center, a 265‑bed acute care nonprofit hospital in Oxnard, California, founded in 1912 and serving over 85,000 patients annually. Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations.
• Develop and update individualized plans of care.
• Provide a variety of direct treatments.
• Consistently meet patient care productivity standards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and families.
• Promote a positive customer service environment.
• Identify and report patient abuse and neglect (physical assault, domestic abuse, neglect of elders and children).
• Conduct annual performance reviews as assigned by Therapy Manager/Supervisor and assist employees
