Sr. People Tech Analyst

About the role

As a Senior People Tech Analyst, you’ll support multi-functional projects that enable our People processes through technology. We're seeking a Workday expert who is ready to challenge the status quo, drive efficiency, and optimize our tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the functional configuration of People Tech Systems including Workday HCM applications.
• Provide consultative guidance combining both system expertise and process knowledge to advise on configuration and ongoing support related to global Core HR processes.
• Consult with functional leaders and SMEs in HR to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that increase operational efficiency, maintain compliance, and positively impact customer experience for HR, employees, managers, and business leaders.
• Support HR System upgrades and enhancements to include prioritization, functional design, documentation, testing, training, and implementation support model design.
• Provide technical support for functional HR application related issues.
• Establish and maintain HR Systems documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Support HR Technology projects including project planning, schedule development, configuration, testing, training, and change management.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned independently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of previous HR Tech/HRIS experience is required.
• 3+ years of Workday production environment including Core HCM and other modules.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired.
• Strong knowledge of Workday configuration of Core HCM, key.
• Experience in other modules, particularly Absence and Time Tracking, preferred.
• Comfortable processing large, critical data sets with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong project management capability and personal organization skills, in particular, delivering against projected timelines.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Managing union populations in WD preferred.

Qualifications

Pay

The standard base pay range for this role is $82,240.00 - $152,160.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location.
