About the role

The Senior Partnership Manager plays a key role in bringing T-Mobile’s most strategic, high-visibility partnerships to life. This role is responsible for managing and growing partnerships that create meaningful value for T-Mobile customers, our business, and our partners. Working closely with Business Development, you’ll help shape new partner opportunities while owning the ongoing success of established relationships. You’ll serve as a primary day-to-day marketing contact for strategic partners, translating partnership strategies and commercial agreements into compelling go-to-market plans and coordinated marketing activations. You’ll collaborate across T-Mobile – including Business Development, Marketing, Product, PR, Operations, and Legal – to align stakeholders, solve complex business challenges, and ensure partnership commitments deliver measurable impact. You’ll also lead and support high-priority strategic initiatives that strengthen existing partnerships, unlock new opportunities, and contribute to the growth of current and emerging lines of business.

  • Be the voice of the partner. Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s business, customers, priorities, and industry dynamics to anticipate needs, solve challenges, and identify mutually beneficial opportunities.
  • Measure performance and identify growth opportunities. Track partnership performance, translate results into actionable insights, and recommend opportunities to optimize programs, deepen engagement, and expand successful partnerships.
  • Shape what’s next. Partner with Business Development on new opportunities and lead high-priority strategic initiatives that strengthen partnerships, unlock new capabilities, and support growth across existing and emerging lines of business.
