About the role

The Senior Partner Sales Manager drives top-line revenue growth by engaging AWS Partners and aligning their capabilities with customer needs. The role involves defining and executing strategies, building relationships, managing interactions, and delivering value to AWS customers.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute strategies to achieve Partner and Sales organization goals
  • Establish business and technical relationships with Partners, Sales teams, and Customers
  • Manage Partner engagement to expand AWS footprint and grow revenue
  • Advise Sales teams and take on customer engagements to drive Partner value
  • Recommend qualified Partners to meet and support AWS customer needs
  • Own opportunity execution with Partners and coach on strategy and best practices

Requirements

  • 7+ years of technology-related sales, business development, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in direct field selling software or cloud solutions
  • Experience working with partners through account, product, or program management and business development engagements

Qualifications

  • Broad, holistic view of the AWS Partner community in local and regional markets
  • Deep understanding of partner capabilities and solutions that delight AWS customers
  • Robust understanding of AWS Marketplace and ability to navigate procurement and finance relationships

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Pay

Base salary range: $157,100.00 - $212,500.00 USD annually
