About the role
At Sword, we're building AI to heal billions and unlock humanity's full potential. We pioneered AI Care, a fundamentally new approach to healthcare built for medical reasoning, safety, and real‑time treatment. Sword is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to own the operational backbone of a portfolio of partner relationships, overseeing configuration, billing, integrations, implementations, escalations, and account business reviews.
Responsibilities
- Own the operational execution for an assigned partner portfolio: configuration, file feeds, billing, integrations, and reporting.
- Lead implementations and ongoing operational work for new and existing partners, coordinating internally to keep commitments on track.
- Run partner‑level escalations to resolution, looping in Partner Sales, Product, Client and Data Operations, or Customer Success as needed.
- Own account/partner business review preparation and delivery for your portfolio.
- Serve as the day‑to‑day operational point of contact for partner and partner‑customer stakeholders.
- Partner closely with Partner Sales, Client and Data Operations, Product, and Customer Success to keep partnerships running smoothly and flag risk early.
Requirements
- Experience owning complex operational workflows for external partners or clients: billing, integrations, data or file feeds, or similar systems‑level work.
- Comfort operating across ambiguity with multiple internal and external stakeholders, without needing a defined playbook for every situation.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking foundation: reason from facts, synthesize clearly, and communicate with brevity.
- High initiative and sound judgment: identify what matters and act without waiting to be directed.
- Track record of building trust directly with external partners or customers, not just internal stakeholders.
- Direct, ongoing accountability for an external‑facing relationship (client, partner, or vendor) as a standing responsibility, not a one‑time project.
- AI fluency: able to demonstrate at least Explorer (Level 1) proficiency — using AI daily to boost personal productivity.
Skills
- Analytical and critical thinking
- Initiative and sound judgment
- Stakeholder management and communication
- Operational workflow ownership (billing, integrations, data feeds)
- Ability to work across ambiguity
- AI proficiency (Explorer level)
