About the role
Otis Elevator is seeking a passionate and driven individual to lead our Modernization and repair operations in New Hampshire, ensuring exceptional service to our customers. This role involves day-to-day management and training of field staff, operational leadership, cost management, and maintaining superior customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the sole on-site Supervisor for the New Hampshire office.
- Ensure field employee safety and quality of service in your territory.
- Plan, organize, and manage service field activities to meet customer needs and company standards.
- Allocate resources such as manpower and materials effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct field education and training for the workforce.
- Improve efficiencies by managing route schedules and callback rates.
- Provide or redirect technical support to field staff.
- Authorize repair orders and track their completion.
- Lead initiatives to improve efficiency and communication.
Requirements
- High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience (at least 7 years).
- Experience working with a team of technicians is required.
- Leadership experience is required.
- Elevator industry experience is desired but not required.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.
- Strong computer and technology skills, business acumen, and a passion for customer service.
- Travel within your territory is required; a driver’s license is necessary.
