Sr. Operations Project Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Operations Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead high-complexity operational projects from planning through completion, ensuring cross-functional teams stay aligned on scope, schedule, quality, and cost. The position will partner closely with customers and internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear milestones and disciplined execution. Success in this role will come from driving accountability, guiding project managers, and delivering outcomes that support both operational performance and customer needs. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $126,100 – $227,000 annually Responsibilities Facilitate strategic initiatives for high-complexity projects Build and lead project teams to achieve objectives Collaborate with customers throughout the project lifecycle Align team goals with customer needs and establish clear milestones Review schedules and provide guidance to project managers Communicate project objectives aligned with business goals Drive project tasks to completion while managing scope, quality, time, and cost Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent required Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in project management or a related discipline Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus email communication Experience working within established operating policies and a structured organizational culture Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans Paid time off accruing at 3.07 hours during the first year 4 weeks of paid parental leave 11 company-paid holidays (subject to change yearly) 401(k) retirement plan Employee stock purchase plan Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
