About the Role

The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a customer-first mentality, deep analytical judgment, technical fluency, and the ability to distill complex Operations, ML, and AI concepts for both business and technical audiences. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring key contributions through individual and team actions.

  • Lead cross-functional change management and capability building through the roadmaps; build trust as a change manager and enable collaboration to accomplish tasks.
  • Support the build of business cases and quantify ROI for planning, optimization, and Ops AI initiatives, prioritizing investments that deliver measurable service, cost, productivity, and asset-efficiency gains.
  • Develop organizational business case analysis capabilities through experience and practice.
  • Develop prioritization frameworks that balance internal and external customer impact, business value, complexity, stakeholder needs, technical requirements, and cost against the overall Operations strategy.
  • Provide direct support to the COO and VP of Ops Planning, Optimization, and AI to update the Board, senior leadership, and the PODS enterprise on product initiatives.
  • Lead the creation of documentation, training and transition plans, workflows, support materials, and other products to enable roadmaps and increase acceptance of new tools, processes, and capabilities.
  • Steward KPIs and ROI measurements during acceptance and implementation to maximize adoption and return.
  • Work cross-functionally to reconcile and prioritize requirement synergies and conflicts, ensuring resources and priorities are adequately represented.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred, or equivalent education/experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in product management or technical product management roles working with data-driven, analytical initiatives. Experience supporting Operations or Supply Chain a plus.
