About the role
The Sr. Analyst Operations is a critical driver of Channel Operations excellence, enabling the organization to make smarter, faster, and more data-driven commercial decisions. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Channel, Finance, and Operations, supporting the full revenue lifecycle from pipeline creation through forecasting, compensation, and performance management. The Sr. Analyst enhances channel effectiveness and revenue predictability through rigorous analytics, high-quality reporting, and disciplined operational execution. The role strengthens foundational channel and revenue processes while empowering leadership with actionable insights that accelerate growth, improve forecast accuracy, and scale revenue performance.
The ideal candidate blends strong technical skill with hands-on Sales, Channel, or Revenue Operations expertise, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to a dynamic commercial environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify inefficiencies in channel operations and implement improvements to enhance workflow and reduce errors.
- Structurally build from the ground up a best-in-class channel program.
- Analyze channel performance across segments, regions, and products to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations to diagnose process gaps across the lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close lifecycle, recommending scalable improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or a related field required.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Analytics, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Excel; experience with Power BI or other BI tools preferred.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex sales and revenue data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, funnel and conversion metrics, forecasting methodologies, compensation mechanics, and revenue performance drivers.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced commercial environment.
