About the role
We are seeking top-tier candidates to join our Hematology team as a Sr. Oncology Consultant. In this role, you will represent and sell our portfolio of products indicated in Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and Acute Myeloid Leukemia for patients testing positive for the respective mutation.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance against assigned sales targets in your territory.
- Develop thoughtful territory account and business plans.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers in all assigned accounts.
- Present assigned brand(s) in a professional, effective, ethical, and compliant manner, helping external customers understand the benefits and appropriate use of Servier brand(s).
- Develop strong, collaborative business relationships across a matrix of commercial and nursing partners within Servier and with external partners.
- Partner effectively with other commercial functions to serve customer needs compliantly and deliver against business objectives.
- Monitor operating costs consistent with territory budget guidance.
- Comply with all laws, regulations, policies, and SOPs governing Servier activities.
- Engage in effective, fair-balanced clinical dialogue with customers using approved corporate, promotional, and other resources.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with co-promotion partners and customers in your assigned geography.
- Prepare robust account and territory business plans to guide activity and planning with other commercial team members.
- Represent Servier positively and professionally at company meetings, conferences, and other functions.
- Develop strong internal and external relationships to enable appropriate, compliant business partnerships.
- Achieve or exceed sales forecasts and targets within budget.
- Understand the regulatory environment and comply with all legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Perform ad-hoc projects to support the business as requested.
- Other duties as directed by the Regional Sales Director.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; Scientific Degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of strong results-oriented biotech/pharmaceutical, lab, or medical devices sales experience.
- Hematology sales experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated consistent track record of success as a top sales performer.
- Complex sales model experience required.
- Experience launching a new product is a plus.
- Results-oriented and able to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Schedule
- This is a remote work position with an assigned territory geography.
- Applicant must live in the assigned territory.
- Territory travel requirement averages 60% but may vary based on residence.
- Occasional weekend travel may be required based on territory needs.
