About the role
The Senior Oncology Clinical Research Coordinator supports the execution of advanced clinical oncology research initiatives, playing a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance of clinical trials. This position is responsible for the planning, coordination, and oversight of oncology clinical research activities, including adherence to study protocols, institutional guidelines, and federal regulations. Responsibilities involve the collection, evaluation, and analysis of clinical data, as well as the preparation of documentation required for study conduct and reporting.

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee oncology clinical research activities.
- Ensure adherence to study protocols, institutional guidelines, and federal regulations.
- Collect, evaluate, and analyze clinical data.
- Prepare documentation required for study conduct and reporting.
- Collaborate effectively with investigators, clinical staff, and research partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Profession, Physical Science, Biological Science, Registered Nurse, or Physician Assistant.
- 48 months of clinical practice, nursing, or research program coordination experience.
Equivalency/Substitution: Experience or a combination of education and related experience can be considered in lieu of a degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.
Hiring contingent upon a background check.
Pay
Targeted pay range of $46,500 - $60,500 annually, depending on experience.
