About The Role

As a CBRE Office Services Sr. Coordinator, you will assist with providing administrative support to a large team or department. This job is part of the Office Operations function. They are responsible for providing office support to a client, business function or individual contributor.

What You’ll Do

  • Aid the concierge in general clerical duties, including tracking packages, posting mail, arranging messenger services, and providing notary services.
  • Schedule and coordinate on-site meetings, which involves reserving multiple conference rooms, ordering equipment, and coordinating catering needs.
  • Perform administrative duties specific to the department, such as conducting research, updating databases, and preparing collateral materials for mass mailings.
  • Receive and direct incoming calls and visitors to appropriate personnel.
  • Oversee opening, sorting, prioritizing, and distributing inbound mail.
  • Cookout and distribute outbound mail.
  • Understand work routines and standards and apply skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Draft reports and correspondence; answer common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisors.
  • Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.
  • Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
  • Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided.
  • Follow standardized procedures and practices and receive regular but moderate supervision and guidance.

What You’ll Need

  • A High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
  • An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
  • Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
  • General math skills, including the ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

Pay

The minimum salary for the Sr. Office Services Coordinator position is $55,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr. Office Services Coordinator position is $60,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
