Sr. Occupational Therapist Per Diem, Day Shift

Responsibilities
- Provides a range of clinical services related to the evaluation and treatment of patient rehabilitation.
- Participates in and teaches patient care planning and reporting.
- Communicates relevant information to individuals directly involved in patient care.
- Serves as a clinical instructor, supervisor and mentor.
- Performs manager and coordinator duties as needed.
- Serves as technical specialist on daily tasks and cases.
- Regularly models/mentors and trains staff on technical skills.
Requirements
- Education and Work Experience: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD): Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2007; or foreign equivalent. Three years' technical experience: Preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications: Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice: Required. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required. Facility Specific License/Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required.
