Sr Network Mgmt Consultant

This is a full-time, remote (telecommute) role. Travel within assigned areas of responsibility may be required, including overnight stays. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

About the role

This position is responsible for small to mid-size provider recruitment and contracting activities for physicians, physician groups, and facilities (independent hospitals, independent physicians with negotiations, small group/IPAs, etc.). Develop and negotiate contracts, maintain relationships with providers, and ensure strategic coverage for the assigned territory. May also assist with contracting and supporting services for large or complex groups/facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of provider contracting experience OR 7 years of business experience including 3 years of provider contracting experience.
• Knowledge of provider and facility contracting, products, and claims/processing systems.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with the healthcare marketplace.
• Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and planning skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel within assigned areas of responsibility, including overnight stays.

Pay

Base pay range: $61,500 – $136,100 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This role includes eligibility for an annual incentive bonus plan.
