Sr. MSL/MSL - Gulf

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders across the Gulf Territory
• Become an expert in the therapeutic area and educate the medical community on recent developments
• Provide balanced medical information to healthcare providers in the territory
• Engage in scientific exchange and respond compliantly to healthcare provider inquiries
• Implement territory-specific medical plans aligned with the overall medical strategy
• Lead cross-functional collaborations and advise internal stakeholders on field insights
• Conduct post-congress analyses and deliver actionable insights to internal teams

Qualifications

• PharmD, PhD, MD, or another advanced healthcare degree; relevant experience may be considered
• A minimum of 2 years in clinical care, medical affairs, or field medical roles for MSL consideration; a verifiable record of high performance is required
• A minimum of 4+ years in medical affairs or field medical roles for Senior MSL consideration; a verifiable record of high performance is required
• Strong interpersonal communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Prominent leadership in project teams and ability to collaborate across functions
