Sr. Microsoft Security Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Security Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of security measures for enterprise AI systems, specifically Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Graph, and associated data security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of security measures for enterprise AI systems, specifically Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Graph, and associated data security technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, DevOps, AI Council, and compliance experts, to create and adhere to Data policies, standards and controls.
• Develop and maintain Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies to mitigate emerging risks in AI-driven environments.

Requirements

• A strong background in Microsoft 365 security.
• Experience with Data Security Posture Management (DSPM).
• Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP).

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in leading security initiatives.
• Experience with AI and machine learning security principles.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to AI and data security.

Skills

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security tools and practices.
• Experience with DSPM and DLP tools and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
