About the Role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a world class technical leader focused on operating in the cloud, to lead a team of specialist solution architects (SSA). AWS Go-To-Market Specialist teams are responsible for building a Go-to-Market strategy and the technical solutions to drive adoption of Cloud Operations services to AWS customers as well as build scaling motions for sellers to empower them. To accelerate our rapidly-growing business, we are looking for a motivated, technically strong person to build the next level of growth for cloud-based infrastructure management solutions from AWS.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Lead the team that helps accelerate adoption of AWS cloud computing services by customers and partners
• Construct and build technical thought leadership for get-to-market and go-to-market plans for customer enablement independently and through partners
• Build C-level relationships
• Drive new product innovation along with AWS service teams
• Help customers with technical know-how that drives top line revenue growth and overall market adoption of the service portfolio by establishing and growing business and technical relationships

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of managing a technical team of solution architects, sales engineers or similar technical roles experience
• Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications
• Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies

Pay

• USA, CA, Mountain View: 231,200.00 - 312,800.00 USD annually
• USA, NY, New York: 221,100.00 - 299,200.00 USD annually
• USA, VA, Arlington: 201,000.00 - 272,000.00 USD annually
• USA, VA, Herndon: 201,000.00 - 272,000.00 USD annually
