About the role

The Strategy team seeks a hands-on AI-enabled strategy and market intelligence professional to accelerate deep research, market intelligence, analytical modeling, and go-to-market (GTM) analysis through high-impact AI workflows. The role involves translating these workflows into sharper strategic decisions by partnering with business, product, commercial, and tech teams to convert ambiguous questions into actionable insights. You will develop and scale AI-enabled solutions that improve strategic decision-making and drive measurable business impact, working closely with the client’s IT team to leverage existing AI and data capabilities on Databricks and AWS.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic portfolio management for the global Data Connectivity Differential product portfolio, aligning regional customer requirements into a unified strategy.
  • Foster best practice sharing across regions to enable margin improvements and revenue growth.
  • Support regional project execution, particularly for cross-regional and large strategic initiatives.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement by partnering with operations to optimize global manufacturing footprints and drive product management excellence.
  • Coordinate go-to-market strategies and cross-regional, cross-functional activities.
  • Drive market share growth for data connectivity differential products.
  • Develop product roadmaps in technically complex environments, aligning with key accounts to create differentiation in target applications.
  • Assess and articulate opportunities tied to new technological trends to ensure long-term pipeline growth and enable the sales force to capture new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of combined experience, with at least 5 years in Product Management within the industry (Automotive Connectors; experience in Data Connectivity Products strictly preferred).
  • Minimum 4-year technical or business degree; advanced degree (MS, MBA) preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships across functions and cultures.
  • Proven commercial and leadership track record driving regional/global market share gains, including collaboration with sales, operations, and engineering teams, with significant customer exposure at a senior executive level.
  • Financial acumen in evaluating project and program financials, coupled with change management expertise.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams globally.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a global environment and meet challenging targets.
  • Experience successfully scaling newly launched product portfolios.
  • Strategic thinker with vision and execution focus.
  • Up to 30% domestic and international travel, dependent on business needs.
