Leads and develops managers and preconstruction professionals to deliver accurate, consistent, and strategic estimating, budgeting, and planning services. Oversees preconstruction execution to ensure alignment with business objectives, operational efficiency, and client expectations. Partners with business unit and operations leaders to advance process standardization, innovation, and talent development across the preconstruction function.
