Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and execution of innovative RNAi-based drug discovery projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including scientists, engineers, and regulatory experts to advance drug candidates through various stages of development.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest scientific advancements and industry trends relevant to RNAi therapeutics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in drug discovery or related biotechnology industry.
  • Strong understanding of RNAi mechanisms and their applications in drug development.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools such as project management systems and data analysis tools.

Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field preferred.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment, particularly in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.
  • Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
