Responsibilities

• Design and manage all phases of building projects, including construction administration and commissioning.
• Execute projects using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Stay updated with applicable codes and regulations.
• Develop and present technical proposals effectively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• A Bachelor's degree.
• A Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
• Excellent technical and presentation skills.
• Experience in proposal development.
• Effective client communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

Your experience should cover all phases of project development, from initial design through construction and commissioning. You should also have a solid understanding of the latest industry standards and be able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
