Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical maintenance and repair tasks on facility infrastructure.
• Execute painting and refinishing work on walls, floors, ceilings, and construction projections.
• Work independently and under supervision as needed.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

• Mechanical expertise.
• Advanced painting skills.
• Ability to work independently and under supervision.

Pay

USD $29.00 – $48.00 per hour.
