Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary regional contact for global digital, web, and marketing technology teams regarding owned websites.
  • Lead regional adoption and implementation of new digital platforms, tools, and processes.
  • Develop and execute website strategies that support business growth, customer engagement, and lead generation objectives.
  • Partner with brand and content teams to improve website experiences through:
    • Content strategy
    • User experience (UX) optimization
    • Customer journey mapping
    • Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Ensure websites are optimized for search visibility through SEO and emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) best practices.
  • Lead development and optimization of lead generation programs across multiple brands and countries.
  • Coordinate efforts between local marketing teams and technical experts to deliver effective demand generation initiatives.
  • Monitor lead acquisition, conversion performance, and marketing funnel effectiveness.
  • Ensure proper integration between website, paid media, and organic marketing efforts, including:
    • Conversion tracking and tagging
    • UTM governance and management
    • Campaign attribution frameworks
    • Lead source tracking
  • Partner with media teams to optimize customer acquisition and conversion performance.
  • Maintain data integrity across digital marketing channels and reporting systems.
  • Serve as regional owner and administrator for web analytics and digital measurement platforms, including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Oversee implementation and governance of tracking pixels, tags, and measurement frameworks.
  • Partner with technical teams to resolve website issues, implement enhancements, and maintain platform stability.
  • Support CRM integration and management initiatives, including lead flow and data quality processes.
  • Collaborate with global teams on PIM (Product Information Management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management) initiatives.
  • Serve as the business lead for digital performance measurement across websites and lead generation programs.
  • Monitor KPIs including traffic growth, conversion rates, lead volume and quality, engagement metrics, and attribution performance.
  • Ensure websites meet organizational and regulatory requirements related to:
    • Privacy and data protection
    • Accessibility standards
    • Security protocols
    • Compliance and risk management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, lead generation, or marketing technology roles.
  • Experience working across multiple countries, regions, or global organizations.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Website strategy and management
    • SEO, GEO, and CRO
    • Digital analytics and reporting
    • Lead generation and demand creation programs
    • Marketing technology ecosystems
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics 4.
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, tagging, attribution, and campaign measurement.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $110,000.00 to $130,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
