Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for product adoption and market expansion
- Manage product life cycle from launch to revenue target achievement
- Analyze market performance and optimize customer engagement strategies
- Execute menu expansion strategies for new assay launches
- Provide market insights for demand planning and sales campaigns
- Build relationships with thought leaders to inform product development
- Facilitate communication between marketing and sales teams
Qualifications
- Ten or more years of marketing experience in diagnostics or life sciences
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline; MA or PhD preferred
- Eight years in clinical diagnostics commercial marketing and sales
- In-depth knowledge of the IVD industry and medical laboratory environment
- Commercial focus on market development and downstream marketing
