Responsibilities

  • Develop and release label printer documentation.
  • Learn new printer technology and train operators and technicians on use.
  • Execute all work in compliance with quality system requirements.

Requirements

  • Equipment/process documentation experience in a regulated environment, ideally with familiarity in packaging and labeling processes.
  • Communication skills.
  • Time management and delivering on commitments.

Day-to-Day Activities

  • Designs manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts.
  • Adapts machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions.
  • Inspects performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency.
  • Investigates and initiates corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality.
  • Develops manufacturing processes that are applicable to statistical process control.
  • Provides guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements.
  • Ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.

All printing processes for manufacturing site.

  • Requires a University Degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
