Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related fields.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and materials.
• Experience with process control systems and automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Knowledge of semiconductor industry standards and best practices.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC).
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
