Sr Manager Tech Operations
About the role
Lead the deployment, localization, and change management for all PMI Tech initiatives. Translate business needs into IT solutions by leveraging the Global PMI Tech portfolio to deliver services required by the function and promote the worldwide suite of applications. Work closely with Solution Management to consolidate the local portfolio and drive standardization. Partner with business units and cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions for manufacturing and operational systems. Oversee the support and maintenance of local and global IT systems, resolving day-to-day issues. Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and standards to ensure quality, compliance, and alignment with GxP (Good [x] Practice) requirements.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Commutable distance to Aurora, CO.
- 6+ years of proven experience in deploying global IT systems (experience in Manufacturing or Quality Assurance areas is an asset).
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Service management experience (ITIL certification is a plus).
- Experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies (certification in project management, e.g., PMP, is a plus).
- Experience working in or with IT Operations or Service teams, with an understanding of MES, LES, SCADA integration, Industry 4.0, IoT, IIoT, and AWS cloud.
- An action-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ready to work in a challenging business environment.
Pay
Annual Base Salary Range: $149,600 - $187,000 per annum.
