Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will lead a global talent acquisition function with a focus on driving hiring strategy, improving candidate experience, and aligning recruiting efforts with business priorities. As a hands-on player-coach, the person in this role will partner closely with senior leaders and HR colleagues to support specialized hiring needs across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will bring strong executive presence, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to guide a team through complex, fast-moving hiring environments. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Lead and coach a global Talent Acquisition team, ensuring clarity and focus on priorities Act as a player-coach by managing key searches while enabling team excellence Collaborate with business leaders to assess workforce needs and hiring priorities Develop recruiting strategies that balance speed, quality, and candidate experience Support hiring across specialized roles including consulting and software development Advise hiring leaders on role definitions and selection strategies Utilize recruiting data to identify risks and improve decision-making Facilitate prioritization and remove barriers for the team Foster collaboration across Talent Acquisition and HR for a cohesive hiring experience Model inclusive leadership to create a supportive team environment Qualifications 10+ years of talent acquisition experience in global or fast-paced environments Experience leading and mentoring Talent Acquisition teams across various regions Strong executive presence for effective partnership with senior leaders Proven track record in managing full-cycle recruiting for specialized or senior roles Ability to translate business needs into impactful recruiting strategies Strong judgment and adaptability in ambiguous situations Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to manage searches directly Proficient in English and comfortable with international collaboration Benefits Collaborative and supportive international HR team Opportunities for professional growth and development Emphasis on shared ownership and open communication Dynamic work environment that values energy and ideas Trust and independence in leadership roles Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
