Sr. Manager, Supply Chain, Drug Product Division

This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of global supply chain strategies for the Drug Product Division
• Drive alignment of global planning processes across manufacturing sites according to customer demand and financial objectives
• Oversee the global Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and inventory planning strategies
• Partner with regional planning teams to enhance manufacturing capacity utilization
• Develop inventory strategies to optimize customer service while minimizing working capital

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Science/Engineering required; MBA is a plus
• Minimum 8 years of supply chain management experience in a complex GMP manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals or medical devices
• Experience with SAP 'Business Planning Tool' in Master Planning/Scheduling (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) II is essential
• Lean Six Sigma and Project Management Certification are preferred qualifications
• Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI

Pay

$106,600 – $155,850 annually
