For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager Strategy - Oncology & Multispecialty to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will support financial discipline around P&L visibility, margin improvement, and business performance. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a life sciences environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Lead end-to-end analytical workstreams for strategic initiatives; develop hypotheses and conduct thorough analyses Create detailed fact bases on market structures, competitor strategies, and commercialization opportunities Translate complex data into clear narratives that highlight significant insights for stakeholders Identify and communicate implications of findings to initiative leadership proactively Develop and maintain financial models reflecting market changes and their impacts on profitability Track regulatory developments and analyze their implications for the organization Support scenario planning by evaluating and testing critical assumptions Qualifications 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking or similar roles Preferred background in healthcare services, specialty care, or life sciences Expertise in financial modeling and connecting market dynamics to P&L outcomes Strong ability to structure complex problems and synthesize analysis into executive-level deliverables Experience in cross-functional team environments and managing multiple high-pressure deliverables Benefits Flexible work locations with some onsite expectations for local candidates Opportunities for coaching and development within the team Participate in function-building efforts such as recruiting and knowledge sharing Access to a competitive compensation package including bonus and incentive opportunities Comprehensive health and wellness benefits offering resources for employees' well-being Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
