Sr. Manager, Strategy - Oncology & Multispecialty

This role supports financial discipline around P&L visibility, margin improvement, and business performance. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation in a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytical workstreams for strategic initiatives; develop hypotheses and conduct thorough analyses
• Create detailed fact bases on market structures, competitor strategies, and commercialization opportunities
• Translate complex data into clear narratives that highlight significant insights for stakeholders
• Identify and communicate implications of findings to initiative leadership proactively
• Develop and maintain financial models reflecting market changes and their impacts on profitability
• Track regulatory developments and analyze their implications for the organization
• Support scenario planning by evaluating and testing critical assumptions

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking or similar roles
• Preferred background in healthcare services, specialty care, or life sciences
• Expertise in financial modeling and connecting market dynamics to P&L outcomes
• Strong ability to structure complex problems and synthesize analysis into executive-level deliverables
• Experience in cross-functional team environments and managing multiple high-pressure deliverables

Pay

$120,000 – $145,000 annually
