Sr. Manager, Strategic Commodity Management,
Role and Responsibilities
- Global Commodity management of strategic tier 1 and 2 suppliers, with an emphasis on global sources of raw materials
- Become our SME on the Chrome Supply Chain
- Hold QBR's, identify and develop new suppliers, coordinate internally as necessary to meet operational targets for supply, cost reduction and OTD
- Influence supplier capacity planning; negotiate MOU's, LOI's, contracts; maintain and develop close supplier relationships at Executive levels
- Approximately 30-40% travel, including international
Skills and Experience
- 10+ years of strategic sourcing of metals, REE's, chemicals, ceramic or metal powders
- Extensive, global supplier development experience; experience with mining a plus; prior management experience a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to bend, lift up to 25 lbs, walk, stand for 2 hours of time consecutively, etc.

Salary Ranges: $178,800.00 - $257,200.00
