About the role

T-Mobile Advertising Solutions (T-Ads) is seeking a Sr Manager, Financial Operations to support the operational and financial infrastructure across the T-Ads business. This role will sit within Revenue Operations & Analytics and serve as a key operational partner across global Finance, Accounting, Sales, and Revenue Operations. The individual will lead a globally distributed Financial Operations function focused on pre-billing reconciliation, agency deal tracking, commissions processing, and month-end/quarter-end operational support. The role will also help support ongoing systems and ERP transformation initiatives as T-Ads continues integrating Blis, Vistar, and T-Ads into a unified operating model. This is a people manager role overseeing both direct reports and an offshore operational support team in India.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Financial Operations function within Revenue Operations supporting Blis, Vistar, and T-Ads business lines.
  • Lead the monthly pre-billing reconciliation process across Blis, Vistar, and T-Ads business lines to ensure accurate invoicing data is delivered to the centralized Accounts Receivable (AR) team.
  • Oversee operational workflows tied to pipeline validation, delivery reconciliation, and billing readiness to support accurate revenue recognition and invoicing.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance stakeholders to review expected billed amounts, resolve discrepancies, and finalize billing inputs prior to invoice submission.
  • Manage agency deal tracking and order-to-cash workflow reporting to ensure deal status, billing milestones, and revenue tracking are accurately communicated across business leadership, Accounting, and Finance teams.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams on month-end and quarter-end close activities, revenue tracking, operational reporting, and high-level cash collections support.
  • Support AR and business stakeholders with customer collections follow-up by providing visibility into outstanding balances, billing status, delivery validation, and customer-specific operational context.
  • Support ERP migration and systems transformation initiatives across the organization.
  • Establish scalable operational processes and controls to improve accuracy, efficiency, and visibility across revenue operations workflows.
  • Oversee commissions administration processes and partner with RevOps leadership on compensation operationalization.
  • Manage commissions processing across T-Mobile financial and operations tools and support organizations.
  • Manage and mentor a globally distributed team, including coordination with offshore operational support resources in India.
  • Partner with the India-based people manager to ensure operational alignment, prioritization, and execution across offshore resources.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Revenue Operations stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve workflows.
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements that support scalability and operational rigor.
  • Support integration efforts across T-Ads, Blis, and Vistar by aligning operational processes and reporting standards.
  • Build strong working relationships with US-based leadership and operate effectively within a globally distributed organization.

Requirements

  • 5–9+ years of experience in Financial Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Accounting Operations, or related fields.
  • Prior people management experience, including experience working with offshore or distributed teams preferred.
  • Strong operational mindset with experience managing high-volume, detail-oriented workflows.
  • Familiarity with commissions operations, billing support, revenue tracking, and financial reconciliation processes.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Finance and Accounting organizations.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Experience working with CRM, ERP, and financial systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work flexibly across time zones, including regular overlap with West Coast US teams.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Pay

The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity for this role is $127,920 - $255,840, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. The national base pay range is $106,600 - $213,200. Employees are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance, set at a percentage of eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
