Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alignment: Develop and implement a strategic RevOps framework that aligns the entire revenue funnel—from marketing demand generation to sales execution and customer success—ensuring a seamless experience from first touch to upsell.
  • Revenue Forecasting: Support accurate revenue forecasting through pipeline analysis, opportunity tracking, and CRM hygiene.
  • Conversion Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates across the demand-to-close funnel and implement targeted initiatives to maximize results.
  • Sales Support and Enablement: Partner with sales leadership to design and deliver tools, training, playbooks, and workflows that enhance productivity and improve deal velocity.
  • CRM Management: Own and optimize the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy, automation, and efficient team usage.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Design and manage dashboards and reporting systems to track KPIs, pipeline metrics, and revenue performance. Provide actionable insights to improve decision-making.
  • Quota, Territories, and Assignments: Develop and manage frameworks for quota setting, territory planning, and resource allocation to drive equitable and effective coverage.
  • Deal Strategy: Collaborate with sales leadership to analyze opportunities, design deal strategies, and remove barriers to closing high-value opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, customer success, and solution engineering teams to ensure alignment across all stages of the funnel, driving predictable revenue and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Data Governance: Maintain data integrity across revenue systems to ensure consistent, reliable information for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role in a B2B SaaS environment (cybersecurity, DevOps, etc.,)
  • CRM Administrator knowledge (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with other tools.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.
  • Proven ability to think strategically while executing operationally to build scalable processes and improve team alignment.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets, uncover trends, and recommend strategies to drive growth.
  • Experience in establishing accountability frameworks and tracking performance across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the cybersecurity or DevOps space—great advantage.

Pay

$180,000 - $200,000 base + equity
