Sr. Manager Provider Operations

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,500 – $151,000 annually

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage provider data accuracy end to end, including validation, verification, and remediation
• Ensure compliance with provider directory regulations and lead audit responses
• Lead and develop a hybrid onshore and offshore team
• Enhance accuracy infrastructure using data-driven approaches
• Define and report metrics for provider data accuracy to executive stakeholders
• Collaborate with product and engineering to develop the directory as a care navigation tool
• Support care navigation initiatives via accurate data management
• Automate validation processes and oversee vendor relationships for data accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a managerial role
• Experience in healthcare operations focusing on provider data or credentialing
• Knowledge of CMS Medicare Advantage directory regulations and requirements
• Ability to analyze and interpret data sets for actionable insights
• Proven track record in developing repeatable operational processes and quality assurance frameworks
• Strong communication skills across cross-functional teams
• Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
