Sr. Manager Projects
What Drives Success
Leads and manages large project scope and objectives with Field operations
Oversees the integration of vendor partnerships tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
Create and implement SOP, procedures and guidelines for the Department
Strategically plans and coordinates project scopes in order to meet Company financial objectives
Optimizes resource utilization and achievement of client expectations
Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Leads and manages large project scope and objectives with Field operations
- Oversees the integration of vendor partnerships tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
- Create and implement SOP, procedures and guidelines for the Department
- Strategically plans and coordinates project scopes in order to meet Company financial objectives
- Optimizes resource utilization and achievement of client expectations
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) or equivalent from four year college or related experience
- Minimum 5 years HVAC industry experience preferred
- Minimum 5 years managerial experience
- Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office software
- Ability to develop and train work force, build relationships
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively
- Experience managing P&L
Compensation
This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $120,000 to $150,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
