Sr. Manager, Project Management (Retrofits)

About the role

Drive complex retrofit programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. Work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. Bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the retrofit portfolio, prioritizing and managing resources, schedules, and budget reporting for concurrent projects
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the performance of Site Project Managers and Field Technicians
• Act as the main customer relationship manager during project execution and escalation point for site issues
• Exercise sole authority over budget management and apply budget controls for the retrofit portfolio
• Collaborate with Account Management and Sales to ensure project feasibility prior to contract finalization
• Create and enhance retrofit delivery playbooks, safety protocols, and operational controls in live environments
• Clarify interaction requirements and coordination with regional teams on larger projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in project/program management within complex technical environments
• 3+ years of people leadership experience with direct reporting responsibilities
• Proven ownership of project budgets, schedules, and cost performance across multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems for informed decision-making at field level
• Experience managing executive-level relationships and project escalations in active operating environments
• Demonstrated ability to establish or scale practices for project delivery efficiency

Pay

$150,000 – $206,800 annually
