Sr.Manager, Program Management – Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Lead program management execution for new vehicle programs and launch activities within Supply Chain.
• Define, develop, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to sourcing, supplier tooling, part availability, industrialization, and launch readiness.
• Manage part availability across all prototype build phases, ensuring timely readiness and risk mitigation.
• Drive program execution to ensure new vehicle programs remain on schedule, within budget, and meet quality requirements.
• Support cross-functional project initiatives across Supply Chain functions by providing analysis, coordination, and execution support; lead formal program reporting, insights, and recommendations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Central PMO, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to ensure integrated program delivery.
• Lead and develop a team of Program Managers supporting vehicle programs and strategic initiatives.
• Proactively identify issues, lead escalations when required, and develop recovery and mitigation plans in collaboration with leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Generally, requires 10+ years of relevant experience in program management, supply chain, or a related field.
• Generally, requires 5 years directly managing, mentoring, and developing direct reports, supporting both technical growth and career progression.
• Proven ability to operate as an open-minded, self-directed leader who can adapt, problem-solve, and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a collaborative, team-first approach that enables effective cross-functional execution.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational and program management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), Tableau, and Smartsheet.
• Demonstrated ability to creatively and effectively mitigate unforeseen challenges.
• Prior automotive industry experience.

• Master’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline (preferred).

Compensation is competitive and determined based on individual performance, role scope, market considerations, and overall company results, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
