Sr. Manager, Professional Services Consulting

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, Professional Services Consulting to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead a consulting organization focused on operational execution, performance management, and service quality across dealership accounts. The Sr. Manager will establish disciplined KPI rhythms, strengthen accountability, and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to improve business outcomes. The position also plays a key role in standardizing operational practices and supporting strategic initiatives tied to growth and customer success.
