About the role

This role is a Senior Manager, Product Management position within the BC&P team at Capital One. Requirements

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
  • A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR
  • A Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.

Salaries for this role vary by location. For example, in McLean, VA, the minimum annual salary is $200,700 and the maximum is $229,100. For more details, refer to the 'Pay' section in the job posting.

Schedule

The role is full-time and eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
